When the Maribel Social Fund contacted us, their entire application process was still on paper — time-consuming, frustrating, and hard to manage. We worked closely with their team, listening to their daily challenges and translating each step into a smooth online experience. Starting with hand-drawn sketches, we turned their ideas into Figma prototypes and then built a secure, multilingual web application complete with a back-office dashboard. Today, their staff can review and manage applications in minutes instead of weeks, and applicants have a clear, friendly way to submit their information. This project isn’t just about technology — it’s about making life easier for real people working to improve their communities.

What we did

Research & Discovery: We analyzed the existing paper-based workflows and regulatory requirements. UX/UI Design: Created low-fidelity sketches and wireframes to map out the user journey. High-Fidelity Prototypes: Converted sketches into a fully interactive Figma prototype for client approval. Web Application Development: Built a secure, responsive, and multilingual online application form. Back-Office Panel: Developed a robust back-office dashboard for administrators to manage submissions, verify documents, and generate reports.
