The Moment That Started It
It's 12:30 on a weekday at DiscoveryLand's Satellite branch. Forty parents, drivers and nannies crowd the gate at once. A teacher holds a three-year-old's hand and has a few seconds to decide: is this the right person to take her home? That question, asked hundreds of times a day across two branches, is where this project began. DiscoveryLand needed more than a fee register. They needed a system that keeps children safe, keeps parents informed and gives the director a clear view of every branch without chasing anyone for updates.

The teacher marks attendance on a tablet in seconds from a grid of student cards.

Classroom cameras recognise each child and log activities like painting, reading, group play and circle time.
Safe pickup
At the gate, a parent's face is matched. Anyone else needs the parent's one-time code. Every release is logged with a photo and time.
Reports
AI drafts term report cards from the activity log; teachers review and send them as PDFs on WhatsApp. The director gets a daily branch summary.
