Before developing the MR App, Impotel Global’s pharma teams managed their medical representatives’ daily activities and reporting through multiple WhatsApp groups. This approach led to scattered information, difficulty in tracking field performance, and no clear visibility for supervisors. The client wanted a single, secure mobile platform to digitize field activities, capture reports in real time, enable GPS tracking, and provide actionable insights — transforming their communication and operations into an organized, data-driven system.

What we did

• Research and Analysis: Gathered client requirement, research on WhatsApp group chat history to developed complete mobile app and admin panel for Pharma MR App. • Figma Web App Design: Created each mobile app screen to validate ideas before development. • Admin Panel Development: Manage pharma company staff, their attendance, doctors as customers, medical stores, stockist, medicines / products, hospital, city and dashboard
